Order Tracking

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship both domestically and internationally. International shipping times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an error is identified, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
